Meeting with a notary should be easy and secure. The fee for this appointment is $5 per act for the notary stamp and $10 for travel.
I can meet you at either the Driving Park Library Branch or the Parsons Library Branch for your notary needs.
I can assist you with notarizing many types of forms such as Auto Titles, Affidavits, and Employment I9 forms.
Please note that I am an independent notary not employed by the Department of Recreation and Parks, I meet clients here as a safe and secure option.

Mobile Service
Mobile Notary Services vary and are based on travel and YOUR preferred location. I can travel to Hospitals, Nursing Homes, or other convenient locations.
There is a fee of $5.00 per act for the notarial stamp AND a reasonable travel fee which ranges from $30 and up depending on location.
The documents notarized during this type of appointment can include I9 Employment Verifications, Birth Certificate applications, Motor Vehicle Titles, DMV bills of Sale, POA, Affidavits, and more.

Remote Online Notarization
Remote Online Notarization Costs: $25 for the first notarial act and $10 for each additional notary stamp. A non-refundable $25 deposit is required to book this appointment.
You will need to send your documents via email to michelle@bennettconsultingllc.com.
I will then upload the documents to the RON platform SIGNiX and set up a Zoom session to have the documents signed.
